We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding or used cookware cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or broken?
While we take great care in packaging fragile items, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement immediately.
