Use & Care
Place stone in a cold oven & preheat to desired cooking temperature. Alternatively this stone can be used in a BBQ. Pre-heat stone for up to 40 minutes for best results.

Cleaning
Allow stone to cool down completely before immersing in water. Hand wash with water only. Do not use soap or detergent as this can be absorbed into the porous material.
